Payment Processing Policy

1. Our Payment Processor

All online payments, deposits, and pre-orders on this website are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor used by businesses worldwide. La Fiamma does not collect, transmit, or store your full credit or debit card number on its own servers.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

• Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
• Digital wallets supported by Stripe (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay), where enabled
• All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD)

• All payment data is encrypted and transmitted directly to Stripe using industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption.
• Stripe applies advanced fraud detection (Stripe Radar) to help protect against unauthorized transactions.
• We never see or store your full card number, CVV, or PIN.

5. Declined or Failed Payments

If a payment is declined, your reservation or order will not be confirmed. Please verify your payment details or contact your card issuer, or reach out to us for assistance completing your booking by phone.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us first at payments@lafiammallc.com so we can resolve the issue directly and quickly. Initiating a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first may delay resolution.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued back to the original Stripe payment method. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details and timelines.

8. Currency & Taxes

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars and are inclusive of applicable New York State and City sales tax where required by law.
