Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how deposits, reservations, private events, and online orders may be cancelled or refunded. All payments are processed securely through Stripe; refunds are returned to the original payment method.
1. Table Reservation Deposits

2. Private Events & Catering Deposits
- A 25% deposit is required to confirm a private event or large catering order.
- Deposits are fully refundable if cancelled 14 or more days before the event date.
- Cancellations within 7–13 days receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations within 6 days of the event are non-refundable, as ingredients and staffing are committed in advance.
3. Online Orders (Pickup & Delivery)
- Orders may be cancelled free of charge before preparation begins, typically within 5 minutes of placing the order.
- Once preparation has started, orders cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion in case of an error on our part.
- If your order arrives incomplete, incorrect, or of unacceptable quality, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original Stripe payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
Contact us by phone or email as soon as possible with your reservation or order confirmation number. We aim to respond to all refund and cancellation requests within one business day.
