1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the La Fiamma website, making a reservation, or placing an online order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Use of Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this site by any third party. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.

3. Reservations

• Table reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
• Parties of six (6) or more, and reservations during peak hours, may require a refundable deposit processed through Stripe. See our Refund / Cancellation Policy.
• We reserve the right to release a table if a guest is more than 15 minutes late without notice.
• Special requests (dietary needs, seating preference, occasions) are accommodated on a best-effort basis and are not guaranteed.

4. Online Orders (Pickup & Delivery)

• Menu items, descriptions, and prices are subject to change without notice due to ingredient availability.
• We make reasonable efforts to ensure order accuracy but are not liable for minor variations in presentation or ingredients due to product availability.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, error in pricing, or unavailability of items, with a full refund issued via Stripe.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or order volume.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to applicable New York sales tax. Payments, deposits, and pre-orders are processed securely through Stripe. See our Payment Processing Policy.

6. Private Events

Private event bookings are subject to a separate events agreement, minimum spend requirements, and deposit terms communicated at the time of booking.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of La Fiamma or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, La Fiamma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services, including reservation or order errors beyond our reasonable control.

9. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, including our payment processor Stripe and mapping services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party sites.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New York County, New York.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
